How quickly will my order ship? TOP
Most orders are shipped next business day.  Orders placed on Friday will not ship unil Monday.

How do I choose the right size? TOP
Under each t-shirt/garment is a sizing button that will list the lengths and widths of each size.  These t-shirts are measured laying flat and are measured from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the shirt.  The width of the shirt is measured across the breast panel directly under the armpit seams.

How is the T-shirt made? TOP
We use a method called Direct-t-Garment Printing.  It is machine washable ink that is printed directly to the garment and cured.  It is not embroidered and it is not a transfer.

What modifications can be made? TOP
Usually we can accommodate all requests.  However, if the modification requires us to draw an entire new design then we cannot accommodate the request.  We are able to add items, delete items etc.  We cannot add items that are copyrighted, trademarks, and this includes all characters that are copyrights and trademarks of famous/popular characters.

Do you ship international? TOP
Yes, we ship international, and the prices listed when you check out will be listed in the international or Canadian shipping.

Can I return the shirts? TOP
Each shirt is considered personalized and there are no refunds or exchanges.  If we make a mistake on the shirt then we will be happy to replace the garment.  It is the customer's responsibility to double-check their order for accuracy.

Can I change the Saying? TOP
Yes.  Just type your request in the Other Requests box.

The colors on my shirt don't look like my monitor TOP
The actual design that is posted on the website is the same design that is printed to the garment.  Sometimes especially with varations of Cyan the blue will be richer in color with RGB which your monitor displays than with CMYK printing of which the printer uses.  Also, every monitor differs in resolution and colors that are displayed.  Every design has been drawn either in Photoshop or Illustrator or Corel Draw and the corresponding design file is the same file used for both processes.

Who Makes the Designs? TOP
Most of the designs were made by us and we hold the exclusive copyright to them.  Where applicable if a design was made by another artist proper credit will be given to those artists.

Can I get a coy of the design to use for my own use? TOP
No, you may not copy, right click, save to your computer or steal any of the images used on this website.  The designs are not for sale and cannot be taken from the website.
